Peter McManus
Principal
Co-founder of Murphy & McManus, Peter is responsible for all aspects of project management and project delivery. He has directed the development of numerous medical, research, and life sciences projects totaling approximately 3 million square feet. Some of the clients Peter has provided services to include: Genzyme Corporation, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Shire Pharmaceuticals/TKT, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Brigham & Women's Physician Organization, and Milford Regional Medical Center.
Prior to forming Murphy & McManus, Peter developed regional shopping centers for the Pyramid Companies, one of the largest shopping center developers in the Northeast.
